Giulio Coraggio is the head of the Italian Technology sector and is the Global Co-Chair of the DLA Piper Internet of Things group.
Giulio has obtained a substantial experience in advising world leading operators on data protection, information technology and Internet law issues in relation also to the Internet of Things, wearable technologies and eHealth projects, as well as on e-commerce, e-payment deals, telecommunications, unfair commercial practices and misleading advertising. Giulio is founder of IoTItaly and a member The Internet of Things Council.
Ludovica Mosci works in the Intellectual Property and Technology department and is based in the Milan office.
She assists Italian and international clients in data protection and privacy matters, including the review of their data protection compliance programs. Furthermore, Ludovica deals with information technology, internet of things, e-commerce, e-payment and commercial contracts. Before joining DLA Piper, Ludovica has obtained a practical experience of the digital world, by working for Google and a legal tech start-up.v
